When you join mutiara, you agree to our terms. We outline what we require from you—accurate information, legal eligibility, and lawful use—and what we commit to providing: secure payment processing, account verification, dispute resolution, and clear withdrawal policies.
Our mutiara terms reflect how we operate across all regions where local law permits. We serve users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and other cities by maintaining consistent standards for account security, payment integrity, and fair play. Our policies apply equally whether you access mutiara via Android app, iOS browser, or desktop.
This document sets out the rights and obligations between you and mutiara. By creating an account and depositing funds using DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not open an account on mutiara.
Our mutiara Account and Access Policy

mutiara enforces know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
Before you can withdraw funds from mutiara, you must complete identity verification. We collect a copy of your ID and a selfie photo to confirm your identity matches your account details. Verification typically completes within standard business hours.
Your mutiara account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, sell your account, or allow others to use it. We detect and close accounts created with false information or used in violation of our terms. If we discover duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all linked accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
Access to mutiara services is available only where local law permits. We offer no services in jurisdictions where online gaming, sports betting, or live-dealer tables are prohibited. If you attempt to access mutiara from a restricted region, your account may be blocked. We do not refund balances in blocked accounts; instead, we initiate withdrawal procedures to your registered payment method.
mutiara Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
We accept deposits through ten payment channels: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for e-wallets, and mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for bank virtual accounts. Deposits processed via e-wallet settle instantly. Bank transfers settle subject to your bank's processing schedule, typically within standard business hours.
mutiara does not charge deposit fees. Your full deposit amount is credited to your account balance. Some payment providers may apply their own fees; check your e-wallet or bank terms for details. We process all withdrawals back to your original funding source—if you deposit via mobile banking, your withdrawal returns to local payment; if via online payment, your refund goes to e-wallet.
Withdrawal requests on mutiara require account verification and go through our standard fraud-prevention review. Subject to this review, payouts process within business days. We do not guarantee subject to verification; processing times depend on your payment partner's settlement schedule. During holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi, bank processing windows may extend beyond normal periods.
We prohibit money-laundering, fraud, and use of mutiara for any unlawful purpose. We monitor all accounts for unusual patterns and reserve the right to freeze balances pending investigation. Balances frozen due to suspected illegal activity will not be refunded.
mutiara Game Rules and Dispute Resolution
Our mutiara platform offers live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), sports betting (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, football, badminton, esports), and other permitted activities. All games operate under published rules. We display game rules, odds, and payout rates in-app before you participate.
mutiara game results are generated by certified random-number generators for slots and by live dealer conduct for table games. We do not rig games in any user's favour or against them. If you believe a game malfunction occurred, contact our support team immediately with match details. We investigate all reported issues and issue corrections or refunds where warranted.
Disputes on mutiara are handled through our complaints process. Contact our support team through the in-app Help menu with your account number, transaction date, and detailed description of the issue. We respond to complaints within two business days. If we cannot resolve the dispute, we escalate to our legal team for formal investigation.
Our mutiara Liability and Limitation
We provide mutiara "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or guaranteed outcomes. While we maintain industry-standard security practices, we do not guarantee absolute protection against data breaches, hacking, or service interruptions. Your use of mutiara is at your own risk.
We limit our liability to the amount you have funded in your mutiara account. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
mutiara does not accept liability for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control—network failures, payment partner outages, natural disasters, or regulatory action. During such events, we will attempt to restore service but make no guarantee of timing or continuous availability.
mutiara Amendments and Termination
We may amend these terms at any time by updating this document on our site. Continued use of mutiara after an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced in-app or via email to your registered address.
We reserve the right to close your mutiara account at any time if you violate these terms, fail KYC verification, or attempt to use mutiara for unlawful purposes. Upon closure, we process any remaining balance to your registered payment method within ten business days. Accounts closed due to terms violation may result in balance forfeiture.
Legal and jurisdiction information for mutiara users
Service availability
