If we detect that you are operating multiple accounts on mutiara, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately and any balances forfeited. Account linking is detected through device fingerprinting, email address, phone number, IP address, and payment method. If you need to close your existing mutiara account and open a new one, contact our support team through the Help menu to request account closure. After verification and processing, you may open a fresh account subject to our standard verification requirements.
Opening an account on mutiara takes three steps. First, visit mutiara.bet or download the mutiara app on Android or iOS and complete the registration form: username, email address, password, and mobile phone number. Second, verify your email via a code we send, then verify your phone via SMS code. Third, submit identity verification: upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (passport or national ID) and a selfie holding your ID. Our verification team reviews submissions within one business day. Once verified, your mutiara account is active and you may deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer.
